Dubai Papi – Chocolate. Pistachio. Decadence. This is how you do dessert cocktails.

If there’s one cocktail that sums up late-night luxury at Osk Bar, it’s the Dubai Papi. It’s creamy, nutty, rich, and a little bit over the top — in the best possible way. Think dessert in a glass, but with more attitude.
There’s no pistachio liqueur we can reliably get up here in North Queensland, so naturally, we made our own. We start by toasting pistachios until golden and aromatic, then blend them down with the finest white chocolate, real butter, and full-cream milk from the Atherton Tablelands. A touch of Tan Lines Distilling vodka ties it all together — smooth, local, and clean. The result is our own silky pistachio liqueur that smells like luxury and tastes like trouble.
From there, we build the Dubai Papi around layers of pure indulgence: Mozart Chocolate Liqueur brings that velvety milk-chocolate hit, Metaxa Brandy adds warm spice and depth (a Greek secret weapon), and a touch of strawberry liqueur lifts it all into something dangerously drinkable.
It’s the flavour profile of Dubai in a glass — rich, creamy, just a little bit flashy, and completely irresistible. The kind of drink you end the night on… or start something with.
Perfect for dessert, perfect for mischief, perfect for anyone who likes their cocktails extra.
Dubai Papi.
Because sometimes, you just want to be a little bit decadent.
